Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. 

Damaged Items

We will ensure the items are not damaged and in pristine condition before shipping. 

Please carefully check your order upon receipt. Contact us within 2 business days of receipt in case of damaged/broken items or wrong items. We may request a picture of the broken item to assess the situation. 

Except for wrong items shipped, the buyer is responsible for shipping the damaged items back to us. The cost for this will not be refunded. 

If bead or stone has fallen off, which can happen during transit, please check for the missing bead/stone in the package. In most cases, these can easily be glued back using clear jewelry or fabric glue. Refunds or exchanges will not be entertained in these cases.
